Who this applies to

This policy covers visitors to our public marketing website, including pages about Stable Pilot and demo experiences, and people who submit forms on those pages.

It does not replace privacy terms that may apply later inside a customer product account. When a separate product privacy notice exists, that notice controls for product account data.

When you use our contact form or Stable Pilot waitlist form, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

We use Netlify Forms to receive and store these submissions for our marketing site.

Information collected automatically

We use PostHog analytics on the marketing site to understand how pages are used. Depending on your browser settings and our configuration, this may include:

• Pages you visit and when you leave a page
• Clicks and other interaction events we choose to measure (for example, demo usage or form submissions)
• Approximate device and browser information
• Identifiers stored in cookies and/or local storage so we can recognize a returning browser

We configure PostHog with person profiles for identified visitors only. We do not require an account to browse the marketing site.

Demo experiences

Interactive demos on the marketing site (such as the sample barn assistant) are scripted for demonstration. Questions you type in a demo are processed in your browser for that demo experience and are not used as a substitute for contacting us about your own barn.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to inquiries and waitlist requests
• Operate, secure, and improve the marketing website
• Understand which pages and demos are useful
• Communicate about Trainer Solutions or Stable Pilot when you have asked us to
• Meet legal obligations when required
